Who is responsible?

Which data, and what for?
Only what you fill in yourself in the contact form or pass on by phone or email: your name, phone number, email address, address or municipality, and the description of your request.
That data is used exclusively to answer your request, plan a site visit and draw up a quote. It is not sold on and not used for advertising or newsletters.
How is the form sent?
The contact form is technically sent via EmailJS, a service that delivers the message as an email to the Jet-Elek mailbox. EmailJS acts as a processor; its privacy policy can be found at emailjs.com.
Cookies and statistics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers.
How long is data kept?
As long as needed to follow up your request. If a quote or invoice results from it, the legal accounting retention periods apply afterwards.
Your rights
You can have your data viewed, corrected or deleted by emailing jet-elek@hotmail.com. If you believe your data is being mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
